These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by SATTELA3 Inc. ("we", "us"), including the headless CMS LUNO (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service includes content management, public APIs, forms, embeddable widgets, and related features. Availability may vary by plan.
2. Account Registration
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

- Billing is processed via Stripe
- Plan changes and cancellation via the admin console or Stripe Customer Portal
- We may suspend accounts for failed payments
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal or harmful content
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Spam, phishing, malware distribution
- Unauthorized access or abuse of infrastructure
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit. We receive a limited license to operate and improve the Service.
6. Disclaimer & Liability Cap
The Service is provided "as is". Our liability is capped at fees paid for LUNO in the month the claim arose, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Changes
Material changes will be announced in advance by email or in-product notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction over 1-89-3 Sannowacho, Toyohashi, Aichi 441-8058, Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
